Maremonti proposes a special stay, various and alternative to the hotel, without timetables neither engagements, in complete freedom and autonomy in furnishedhouses , comfortable and pleasant.
It assures the final cleaning service and, on demand, bed linen, and bathroom supplying and TV-hire. In the rates consumptions of light, gas and water are comprised.
It guarantees reception and delivery services and technical staff for repairing and/or substitution of furnishings and equipment.

Houses, apartments and cottages, in formation and single, scattered in San Vito Lo Capo city, from 200 meters to a maximum of 1.000 far from the sea. Recently built, in the architecture and the furnishing, they recall traditions and personal taste of the various owners.
They can have from 2 to 8 bedspace. The bedsits have a single room, bed/living and cooking space; the two-rooms flats are supplied with a bedroom, the three-rooms with 2, the four-rooms with 3 and all of them have a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.

All the typologies are completely independent with private access. They have a living room, a kitchen or cooking space equipped of pottery and refrigerator, tables and chairs, in number proportioned to bed-sits. Some houses can have, in equipment and already enclosed in the price, TV, washing-machine, air-conditioning and garage or car-place. If not specified, such supplies are accessory and optional and car place will be on the public way.
