The rent includes:
Expenses of the consumptions (water, electric power and gas ) - the use of all furnishings accessories, crockery etc.. - satellite TV - telephone (excluded chage call) - refrigerator with freezer - Air conditioning warmth-cold phon in bath - cleaning and tidying up to the transfer of the possession (delivery of the keys) - bed and bath linen for all the Guests living in the apartment.
For the stays with a duration over seven days ( or Formula Residence ) a change of all linen will be carried out the week.

Erice Hotel is in Trapani, little city in western Sicily close to the medioeval city Erice, seat of the famous center of scientific studies "Ettore Majorana" rich of history and culture.
To arrive in Trapani you can land to into Birgi airport (aproximately 20 Km. distant) and entering the A29 freeway to reach the destination.
The province of Trapani is rich of wonders such as the spectacular incontaminate coasts; the natural marine riserve of the Stagnone Island in Marsala and many other attractions that deserve, surely, to be visited, such as Mothia island and the Egadi Islands.
